What is your return policy?

You may return your unused product for a full refund within 30 days of purchase date. You can expect a refund (including original shipping costs) to your credit card 7 to 14 days of our receiving your return. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or an error has occurred when filling the order. Please be sure to follow the instructions on the returns form when sending items back, it will enable us to process the return quickly. We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange product you will need to return the undesired product for a full refund and make your new purchases at burton.com.

Can I return an item that I have used?

Sorry, only products in new unused condition will be accepted for returns. See return policy.

What is a CSC code?

A card security code is an added safeguard for your credit card purchases. Depending on the type of credit card you use, it is the 3- or 4-digit number printed on the back or front of your credit card. For all online credit card purchases from us, the security code is required information.

What are accepted forms of payment?

We accept all major credit cards. Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal. No coins please.

Do I have to pay sales tax?

Only residents in the US States NY, VT, WA, MA, IL, OH, CT, NV, FL, CO and CA are required to pay sales tax. We are required by law to issue a sales tax to all residents in states where we have physical business locations.

Has my order shipped?

You will receive a shipping confirmation notice via email when your order has left the warehouse. This email will include your orders tracking number. If it has been more than a few days since entering your order and you have not received shipping confirmation, please contact customer service at 1-877-313-1977 or by sending an email to: store@burton.com On occasion, items from one order may ship from separate warehouses at different times. If this occurs, your will receive an shipping email confirmation once each item in the order has shipped.

How can I track my order?

Once you have received your tracking number you can input it into any search engine, hit enter and BAM! a link to track your package will appear. To check on a status of an order that has not shipped, login with your burton.com account and click View Orders.

How can I get a copy of my invoice?

A copy of your invoice can be obtained by contacting our customer service department at ecom@burton.at or by calling +43 (0) 512 230 55661.

What is the timing of your billing?

Your credit card will only be charged once your order has shipped. If your order ships from different warehouses, you may see multiple charges on your credit card. These multiple charges will total the original value of your order. Orders typically ship within 48 hours once the order has been placed. Orders ship Monday through Friday excluding Holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once the order has shipped from the warehouse.
